When you use Pawly Health, we collect:

Account information: email address (when you sign up with email, Google, or Apple).
Pet information: names, types, breeds, photos, weight, age, and any health data you choose to add.
Reminders and health logs: reminders you create, completion status, symptoms, notes, and weight history.
Subscription data: purchase status managed via Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
Device data: push notification tokens for delivering reminders.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the App's features (pets, reminders, health tracking).
To sync your data securely across your devices.
To deliver push notifications for reminders you create.
To process subscription purchases.
To respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to provide the App:

Firebase (Google): authentication and database storage.
Cloudinary: hosting of pet photos.
RevenueCat: subscription management.
Apple App Store: in-app purchases.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in the Settings or by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Pawly Health is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data. Authentication data is managed by Firebase Auth.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
