By using Pawly Health (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Pawly Health is a mobile app that helps pet owners manage reminders, health logs, and pet information. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Not Medical Advice

Pawly Health is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Information stored or shown in the App is for personal organization only and should not be used as medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Pawly Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawly Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
