Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a pet?

Open the app, tap the + button on the Home screen, fill in your pet's details (name, species, breed, birthday, weight) and add a photo. Tap Save.

How do I create a reminder?

Open a pet's profile, tap Reminders, then + Add Reminder. Choose the type (vaccine, medication, vet visit, etc.), set the date, and save. You will receive a push notification at the right time.

How do I track my pet's weight?

From the pet profile, tap Health Log and add a new weight entry. View the weight evolution chart in the Stats section.

How do I subscribe to Pawly Premium?

Tap the Premium badge on the Home screen to view both subscription plans (Monthly and Annual). Choose your plan and confirm the purchase through the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Pawly Premium and tap Cancel Subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings or the Premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Reset All Data to remove all data from your device and our servers. To fully delete your account, email us at pawlyhealth@gmail.com and we will permanently delete your account within 30 days.

How do I export my pet's data?

Go to Settings → Backup & Export to download a backup file containing all your pets, reminders, and health logs. You can re-import this file at any time.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Pawly Health:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll to Pawly Health.
  3. Tap Notifications and ensure Allow Notifications is on.
